Sfat Yehudit-Ashkenazit [-Yiddish] Vesifruta from the late 15th century to the 18th century, by Elazar Shulman. Hebrew and Yiddish (the text is in Hebrew; the copying of the title pages and the like was done like the original, in Yiddish). Levin Press, Riga, 1913.
The bok deals with Yiddish books, either written in Yiddish or translated into Yiddish. The author lists a large number of books, some of them, extremely rare. Possibly, some were lost during the war. A historical source for the study of Yiddish literature.
Provenance: Mehlman Collection. A notation handwritten by him on the flyleaf: "יקר מציאות" (rare).
