Sefer Drashot Maharich, Halachic and Aggadi Drushim for Sabbath and the Moadim, by Rabbi Yisrael Chaim Deichs Av Beit Din of Leeds and previously, Av Beit Din of Vladislova, Lithuania, who authored many books on all subjects of the Torah.
First and single edition – Leeds, 1920. 188, XII pp. On verso of the title page, a list of subscribers, among others, from America and England. On the following page, facsimile of Torah novellae by the author’s son, who passed away young. His father introduces his late son’s short biography and sorrowfully describes his talent and virtues. On verso of this, a letter by Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook and then, a lengthy introduction by the author with his biography.
Stable binding. Restored title page. Some minor stains. Some moth perforations to the margins. Good overall condition.
