Letter handwritten by the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Zvi Aharnson, a disciple of the Saba of Slabodka and Av Beit Din of New Britain. Addressed to the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna the Rosh Yeshiva of Hebron – New Britain (Connecticut) 1936.
The content of the letter: financial support for the Hebron Yeshiva in Jerusalem. As a student og the Knesset Yisrael Slabodka Yeshiva, Rabbi Aharonson was a representative of the yeshiva in faraway Connecticut, seeing it as a privilege to raise funds for the yeshiva in his community.

Author of Shuklei Yosef on Masechet Shekalim and Sefer ZireiYosef of Yerushalmi Zera’im. His books were enthusiastically approbated by leading contemporary rabbis.
