The quraterly was edited and published by Rabbi Eliezer Lipa Weissblum who was a descendant of the Noam Elimelech of Lizhensk and Rav of the Lizhensk community if New York – New York, 1918. Blemish to binding. Leaves of varies sizes. Good overall condition.
