Sefer Likutei Zvi, "with additions Bakashot and Tikkun Chatzot from Sefer Sharei Zion and Igeret Hatshuvah and Yessod Hatshuvah by the Chassid Rabbeinu Yonah Girondi…" by Rabbi Zvi ben Chaim of Wilhelmsdorf – Sulzbach, 1797. 150 leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in Rare Book Collection. 

Pocket format. No spine. Loose binding. Stains. Many signs of usage. Several straight cuts at the edge of the text. Moth damage to some gathering. Tear to the last leaf. Fair-good overall condition. 

On the flyleaf and inside the book, many handwritten additions containing varied prayers, for example, on Leil Yom Kippur, 11 leaves were added with Tefillah Zaka from Sefer Chayei Adam. At the end of the book, Kri’at HaTorah of the Ta’aniyot with the Haftarah. On the front flyleaf, Ptichat HaAron and more. 

In several places, he signed his name with the date:  "שנת תרכ"ד יאקאבסזאהן". A total of 72 written pages.
