Sefer Chidushei HaRim and Gur Aryeh, novellae on the Torah and Masechet Avot and a few letters, copied from a manuscript by the Admor of Ger, Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh Leib Alter (the Sefat Emet), from his novellae and that of his grandfather, the first Admor of Ger, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Alter (the Chiddushei HaRim). Printed on verso of the title pager is a letter by Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Kotzk, sent to his disciple the Admor the Chidushei HaRim of Ger.

Single edition – Bilgoray, 1912. [2], 62 pp. 22cm.

The book was published by Abraham Yitzchak [Dzubas], who only hinted at his name because it was published without the approbation of the family members of the Admor of Ger, who even protested against the publishing of the book [which indeed was never published again], mainly because the letters printed at the end of the book included private letters. An issue of the HaModi’ah newpaper published in Poltova, published their protest titling it “Mecha’ah Raba” by the sons and sons-in-law of the holy Rav of Ger.
