Chumash Shemot, Mikra’ot Gedolot, contains the basic Torah commentators and the Margaliot Tovah commentary on the Ibn Ezra. Second edition – Berditchev, 1817. Originally, [2], 170, [45] leaves. In this copy: 25-170, [32] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. The Chumash received many important approbations including by Rabbi Yisrael, the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev.
No binding. Wide margins. Bluish leaves. Folds. Stains, most of them minor. Lome detached leaves. Tears and minor perforations, most of them not affecting the text. Good overall condition.
On the margis: varied ownership notations and Yiddish notations.
