A small Kuntres – Mishmeret Mitzvah by Rabbi Dov Ber ben Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Maliniak, a disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Shimon Shkop and Rabbi Menachem Zemba. B. Linskind Press, Warsaw, [1932]. Singel and rare edition seen for the first time in auctions. Appearing on verso of the title page is a lengthy addition handwritten by the author, citing form Sefer Chidushei HaRim. The gloss is signed "the author". According to family members, the book was authored by Rabbi Dov Ber when he was only 16 years old!

Rabbi Dov Ber was the son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib Berman of Horadlo, Lublin, who was a leading disciple of the Admor of Radzin. The author and his father-in-law were murdered during the Holocaust.
