Stamps: "בן ציון היילפרין אב"ד דק"ק ה. נאנאש" – Rabbi Ben Zion Halperin (Halpert, 1862-1919) was the son-in-law and successor of the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Ephraim Sofer author of Afsei Aretz Av Beit Din of Nánás. His Halachic responsa was compiled in Sefer Ben Zion included in Shlosha Sfarim Biftachim which was published by his son Rabbi Yosef Zvi.
