Touching letter by the widow Mrs. rachel Korn to the activist Reb Zalman Soloveitchik and the United American Aid Committee with a plea not to stop their financial support: "כי אין לי לא בארץ ולא בחו"ל שום קרוב וגואל, שום תומך ועוזר, והנני חיה רק מהלחם צר ומי הלחץ שאתם בטובכם הואלתם להספיק לי. ועכשיו כשהפסקתם ממי גם את התמיכה הזאת, נכרת אכל מפי ואין לי למי לפנות לעזרה…".

On the lower part of the letter, Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook joined the request with his script, signature and stamp. On verso of the letter an additional passage on the subject signed by Rabbi Zvi Halevi Peker and Rabbi Avraham Eliezer Carmel.
