With the handwritten signatures of the two witnesses: Yishai ben Rabbi Avraham and David ben Rabbi Raphael Chaim. Venice, 1[1709]. The Shtar was confirmed by the three Dayanim of the Beit Din of Vencie: Rabbi David ben Rabbi Shlomo Altoros, Rabbi Raphael ben Rabbi Shlomo di Silva and Rabbi Yitzchak ben Rabbi Eliyahu Pesach.
