Prtinted leaf – regulations 37 and 38 of the book of regulations of the Mantova community dealing with non-resident merchants coming to town on business. Printed after the regulations is "Nusach Hacherem" (version of the ban) for those violating the regulations signed (in print) by the rabbis and leaders of the community (srr list in Hebrew catalog text).
Extremely rare leaf. The entry in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book is based on a photocopy only. The National Library also has a photocopy only. On the lower part of the leaf, a fine printed ornament typical of Mantova Presses.
[1] leaf, printed on one side. Notations of numbers in ancient sript. 35X25 cm. Good condition. Stains. Fold line. Slight wear to edges. The edges are not even (originally).
