איהר דארפט אונז חלילה נישט חושד זיין (you should not suspect as G-d forbid) – lengthy letter in Yiddish with an apology and a commitment to keep promises by the Toras Emes – Chabad Yeshiva of Jerusalem, signed by Rabbi Chanoch Hendel Havlin, the manager of the yeshiva, with a lengthy response by the addressee, the philanthropist Feldman – Jerusalem, 1934.

Apparently, the letter was written in response to the philanthropist’s fears that the institution will not keep its promises to the philanthropists to commemorate the Yahrzeit days etc: "מיר וועלען ערליך היטען די יארצייט מיט קדיש משניות יארצייט ליכט און מלא רחמים און איר מעגט זיין זיכער ווען מיר שרייבן אייך אז מיר האלטען און טוען אלעס וואס מען דארף פאר דער יארצייט זענען מיר אלעס טאקע מקיים, מיר זענען נישט פון יענע וואס ריידען און זענען נישט מקיים, איהר דארפט אונז חלילה נישט חושד זיין אין אזעלכעס.." (free translation: we shall loyally commemorate the Yahrzeit, with Kadish, Mishnayot, candles and El Maleh rachamim and you can rest assured that we keep our promises. We are not one of those who promise much but producing nothing and you should not suspect as G-d forbid of being such).

On verso of the leaf is Mrs. Feldman’s response explaining at length what led to her complains.
