Partial set of the Tzemach Tzeddek books by the Mitteler Rebbe. 3 volumes Shut on Choshen Mushpat, Yoreh Deah and Orach Chaim and a volume of novellae on the Shas. "Second edition with additions" published by Kehat Brooklyn, New York during the years 1945-6.
Original bindings. Some minor blemishes. Good overall condition.
On the flyleaf of each volume, amn ownership notation: "ב"ה שלו’ מרדכי הכהן שבדרון מכ"מ" – Rabbi Shalom Schwadron (1912-1998) was the grandson of Rabbi Shalom Mordechai Schwadron, the Maharsham of Berezhan, and son-in-law of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Auerbach. He was known for his fiery sermons in synagogues and yeshivas, especially in the Great Synagogue of Zichron Moshe. He edited the books Or Yahel” by his Rav Rabbi Yehuda Leib Chasman, and Lev Eliyahu by Rabbi Eliyahu Lupian.
