Sefer Likutei Halachot on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim, "מוסר מוסד על התגלות נפלאות חידושי תורתו של אדמו"ר רבינו נחמן אור האורות זצוק"ל… ע"פ פקודתו ז"ל. לבאר ולחדש בכל הלכה והלכה מכל ד’ חלקי הש"ע למצוא סמך וענין וטעם בכל הלכה והלכה בדרך חכמת האמת. בדרך חכמה ומוסר השכל ועצות נפלאות ונוראות והתחזקות עצום ונשגב עד אין סוף ואין תכלית…".
Authored by his leading disciple Rabbi Nosson Sternhertz of Namirov. First edition of section I of the monumental work and the only section that was published in the author’s lifetime – Jassy, 1843. The year and place of printing do not appear on the title page. Therefore, many bibliographers mistook them. It should be noted that there is no consensus on the matter; yet, the book was apparently written in the author’s lifetime, that is, before 1845, the year of his passing. [2], 117, [1] leaves. Stefansky Chassidut 273. In the National Library, the book appears of course in the Rare Book Collection.
This section is also the only one that was approbated by Rabbeinu the author (which again proves the aforementioned time of printing). At the end of the foreword: התנצלות מהמשגיח בהדפסת ספר הק’ ליקוטי הלכות הלז" (an apology by the Mashgiach over the printing of the book – referring to Rabbi Nachman Yisrael Chazan of Toltshin).
Binding with many moth perforations. The book itself has only few moth perforations and some focused moth damage in several places. Slightly loose binding. Some of it on bluish paper. Fair-good overall condition.
Stamp inside the book: "זאת נדב מר’. לביה"כ מחזיקי הדת ושומרי שבת לאנדאן".
