Sefer Hayashar Halachic novellae, elucidation of Sugyot and Shut, by "Rabbeinu Yaakov Tam Baal Hatosefet…". This work was truly authored by him, unlike a Mussar work with an identical title that was attributed to him by mistake and was apparently authored by the Greek Rabbeinu Zerachya. 

Printed by the Dayan Rabbi Daniel Prostitz – First Edition,   Wien, 1810. [2], 87 leaves. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod 48. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. The book was approbated by the Chatam Sofer of Pressburg and Rabbi Mordechai Bennet, Av Beit Din of Nikolsburg. Printed in their lifetime. 

New binding. Stains and some moth perforations. Some moth damage. Taping to the edge of the title page. Good overall condition. 

On the title page, a Sephardic notation – has not been studied.
