Lot 118:
Second edition of the sacred book Divrei Menachem, with the Divrei Torah of the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimnov. Printed and bound with Likutei Maharam Schick containing his Divrei Torah on the Pentateuch. The press of Kahn and Fried in Munkatch, 1903.
Printed between the two books are two Segulah leaves:
1. Titled in Yiddish: "סגולה אין גישעפט צו האלטען" [Segulah for owning a shop/business], "brought from Jerusalem". Beneath it, initialized sacred names, verses, Hashba’at Malachim and at its end, a touching prayer: "רבש"ע תן ברכה והצלחה בכמ"י שבטחתי בך שעל ידי משא ומתן ועסקים שלי תשלח לי ברכה אמן נס"ו [נצח סלה ועד]".
2. Titled in Yiddish: "סגולה אין הויז צו האלטען" [Segulah to keep at home], "for livelihood and success". Beneath it, initialized sacred names, verses, Hashba’at Malachim and at its end, a touching prayer: "יהי רצון מלפניך אל שדי תן כה ברכותיך ברכה פרנסה טובה והצלחה בשופי בבית זה בזכות שם גדול והקדוש… הממונה על הפרנסה אמן נצח סלה ועד".

Moth perforations and damage. Partly detached sheets. Tears and varied aging blemishes. No binding. Good overall condition.
