On the flyleaf, a touching stamp indicating the Shlichut in Morocco adjacent to the onset of the Rebbe’s presidency (1952). Possibly, this Sefer Tehillim was given by the direct order of the Rebbe.
Signature of Rabbi Shalom Chaskind who as a youth was sent by the Rebbe to Morocco on a special Shlichut. When he returned, he received an order to write down his impressions from his journey and publish them in the press to demonstrate the success of Chabad (from Chabadpedia – see there).
