A rare and important book on the Torah of Chabad, by Rabbi Yisrael Yaffe of Dubrovno (not Rabbi Yisrael Yaffe, the printer of Kopust), a leading disciple of the Admor Hazaken Baal Hatanya, who was a gifted musician. The book contains for the first time details and descriptions of the Admor Hazaken and his disciple the author as well as varied Chassidic Ma’amarim published here for the first time.
Single edition Kloizenburg, 1924. [3], 69 leaves. Missing front board. A tear to the upper corner of the title page not affecting the text. Stains. Good overall condition.
