First edition of Sefer Mateh Yehuda – on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim section I – by Rabbi Yehuda Ayash Av Beit Din of Algeria – Livorno, 1883. 

On the title page of the book, two signatures of Rabbi Yishmael Hacohen of Modena, Italy, author of Zera Emet: "לה"ו שלי ישמעאל הכהן ס"ט" and two significant glosses, one of them lengthy. 

Moth perforations. Large dampness stain throughout the book. Fair-good condition.
