"זה הפנקס עבור לכתוב בו שירות ופיוטים שייך לה"צ אליעזר ן’ עמרם נ"י מקובא (אזרבייג’ן) שנת תרס"ה לפ"ק" (This notebook to write Shirot and Piyyutim belongs to Eliezer ben Amram of Quba (Azerbaihan), 1905) this is what appears on the title page of this notebook. Additional color, illustrated title pages. Contained varied Piyyutim and tales.
Several types of script, some fine calligraphic script and some rural script. Part of it is vowelized. The Piyyutim themselves are in Hebrew, Aramaic and another languague – possibly Azərbaycanca or Persian.
The notebook contains a poem: "סימן אליעזר עמרם חזק" by the writer of the notation on the title page.
Primitive Chamsa illustrations and a star-of-David. 18X11 cm. Remnants of a binding. Stains. Tears to the edges of the first leaves. An original item in good condition.
