Tikkun Chatzot introduced to be said on the days of Bain Hametzarim by the Divine Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Zacutto = Mantova, ca. 1720 (according to the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book).
Appearing on the title page is a signature: v referring to Rabbi Mazal Tov Modena, a famed Italian Rabbi and Meshiv. A response from him about playing an organ in the synagogue was published.
