Tractate Pesachim with the Sha’ar Asher and Gevul Asher by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Yehuda Leib ben Rabbi Mordechai Ashkenazi Av Beit Din of Dreznitz. First edition of the commentary – Brun, 1789. 71 leaves. Approbations by leading rabbis. 

Wide margins. Ancient binding with leather spine. Moth perforations and damage. Stains. Fair-poor overall condition. 

On the front flyleaf, a fine notation in Rashi script:  "מוצל מאש ליל ש"ק י"ז תמוז תר"ג פה טרנאוויץ". On the last page, an additional notation in square yet identical script: "ארי’ ליב פריינד מטרנאוויץ תר"ו ל’".. On the title page, an ownership notation by him from 1805. Scholarly glosses on the margins of the leaves. 

Additional notations on the title page – have not been studied.
