Shut Mahari MiTrani, one of the famed Shut books which to this day is quoted by Halachic books.
On the leaves of the book, stamps of "חבורה ש"ס מביהמ"ד מע"י מב"ד" – appraently, the Beit Midrash of Berditchev.

Open tear to leaf 63. Wear. Stains. Blemishes to binding. Good condition.
