Basic book: Yeshu’ot Yaakov on Yoreh Deah (with the text) by Rabbi Yaakov Meshulam Ornstein Av Beit Din of Lvov, one of the basic books on the Shulchan Aruch. First Edition Zholkva, 1835. [1], 61; 33; 65; 31 leaves. 40 cm. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod 188. There is only the title page of section II and it was bound at the beginning of the book. Stains and some tears to the edges of some leaves. New paper-covered binding and new fabric spine. pencil notations on the margins of some leaves. 2 glosses signed "אני הכהן".


On the title page, a handwritten signature: "מרדכי יודא" stamps on the following leaf: "M. L. LOW" – the stamps of Rabbi Mordechai Yehuda Löw Av Beit Din of Interdam. On the title page, a partly erased foreign stamp, apparently of Rabbi Shmaya Löw, the grandson of Rabbi Mordechai Aryhe, who wrote on the flyleaf with pencil: לי מעזבון של כ"ק אא"ז הגה"ק מאינטערדאם. שמעי’ לעוו. On the front and back flyleaves, signatures: "משה ארי’ פריינד פאן ארדנא" – his grandson Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund, Gaon Av Beit Din of HaEidah HaChareidit of Jerusalem.
