Detached front board. Missing spine. Semi-leather binding. Moth damage to some leaves. Stains. Fair-good overall condition. 

Signature on the title page:  "חיים שו"ב". On the flyleaves: "ישכר בעריש הורוויץ קארלי" – apparently, the youngest son of the Admor Rabbi Avraham Avish Horowitz Av Beit Din of Kroli, the son-in-law of the Admor the Chakal Yitzchak of Spinka. Passed away in his youth in the years of fury. The brother of the Admor Rabbi Hersheleh Spinker.
