Sefer Chidushei Halachot Maharsha – Furth, 1742. Originally, [1], 37, 34-35, 38-46, 49-76, 79-107, 109-114, [1. marked : 106]; 23, 25-28, 28-80, 82-85, 85-109, 200-202 leaves. In this copy, the title page is missing. Old binding with scuffs and minor blemishes. Some taping, affecting the text in some places. Moth perforations and damage. Stains and marks of usage. Good overall condition. 

Throughout the book, approx. 15 glosses, some of them lengthy, by several writers. Their content indicates that they were written by Talmidei Chachamim. On the flyleaf, a notation: "שייך לביהמד"ר שיסד הצדיק המנוח כ"ה יהודה ליב בר"ש פה ק"ק המבורג". An additional notation on leaf 1: "קלויז ר’ ליב בר’ שאול".

The Kloiz (Beit Midrash) of Rabbi Leib ben Rabbi Shaul of Hamburg was founded in ca. 1810 in Hamburg by Rabbi Leib ben Rabbi Shaul, who was a wealthy philanthropist who supported many Talmidei Chachamim. The first Rav of the Kloiz was Rabbi Moshe Berlin.
