Sefer Mishnat DeRabbi Eliezer on Choshen Mishpat by the Gaon rabbi Eliezer Hillbut Rosh Av Beit Din of Berlin. Published after his passing by his son Rabbi Moshe with the addition of a sermon by him – First edition, Altona, 1815. [5], 82, 13, [5] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection.
Approbations by leading contemporary rabbis. At its end, a list of subscribers from Ashkenaz, including names of important rabbis and famed synagogues.

On the title page and the following leaf, ownershi stamp of Rabbi Shmuel Yitzhak Hillman (1868-1953) a student of the Volozhin Yeshiva. Served as Rav of several communities and in 1914 became the Chief Rabbi of London. Corresponded with the Chafetz Chaim and other leading rabbis in Europe. In 1934, immigrated to the Land of Israel. Was the in-law of Chief Rabbi Rabbi Yitzchak Halevi Herzog.
