In response to an appeal by the Av Beit Din of Leeds, Rabbeinu describes the London customs pertaining to the writing of a Gett:  "בגט הנשלח לארץ ישראל צריך לכתוב אחר שם העיר ליעדז וכל שום אחרין וחניכה דאית לי".
