Kuntres Ibur Hashanim, in Israel and abroad, by Maran Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner. Published by Poalei Agudat Yisrael – Jerusalem, 1940s.
This Kuntres is the first work by Maran, which he wrote in his youth, when he was only thirty years old. In those years, Rabbeinu served as Moreh Tzeddek of HaEidah HaChareidit of Jerusalem and as the Rav of the Poalei Agudat Yisrael community of the city. Appearing on the back of the Kuntres is an advertisement for an edition of the Rambam’s Yad Hachazakah edited by Rabbeinu. For years, Sefer Haleket was cosidered by mistake Rabbeinu’s first work.
Extremely rare Kuntres which for some reason was ignored by bibliographers of Rabbeinu.
