[2], 20, 64, 89, 34, 71 leaves. 38 cm. Moth perforations and stains. Good overall condition. Old, worn binding. 

Ownership signature: "הק’ פינחס צבי הירש מלוברטוב". Ownership stamps:  "ישעי’ בא"א מ’ ישכר בער ז"ל איש ירושלים מציון תוב"א" – the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Yeshaya Bardaki (see below). "נקנה בכסף מעשר בהשתדלות יוסף ליב המבורגר בעה"ק ירושלם תובב"א".

Rabbi Yeshaya Bardaki (1790-1863) was born in Pinsk to his father Rabbi Yissachar Dov Ber. In 1825, immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and married the daughter of Rabbi Yisrael of Shklov, a disciple of HaGra and author of Pe’at Hashulchan. Since the passing of his in-law, became the leader of the Ashkenazic community of Jerusalem. His son, Rabbi Shmuel Bardaki was the in-law of Rabbi Shmuel Salant.
