Originally, [2], 76, [4], 78 leaves. In this copy: the title page and the first three leaves of Sha’ar Ruach Hakodesh are missing and Sha’ar Hagilgulim ends with leaf 74. Separate title page for the eighth Sha’ar. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod no. 353.
No binding. Detached sheets and leaves. Good overall condition.
