Lengthy notation handwritten: "לביהמ"ד שערי ציון ובתר"א חמור שלא יוציאו אותו חוץ מבהמ"ד הנ"ל כ"א ברשות המשגיחים וע"פ תנאים המבוארים בתקנות הספרים שלום על ישראל". Some signatures on the title page: "טביא".
