Sefer Korban Asahm "novellae on tractate Yoma, Bechorot, Chulin, Arachin, Temurah, Krritut, Me’ilah, tamid, Beitzah, Shvu’ot…" authored by Rabbi Yitzchak ben Shimshon Sacherlisch Dayan of Pressburg. With an approbation by the Gaon rabbi Meir Berabi Av Beit Din of Pressburg. Single edition, Sulzbach 1777. 80 leaves. Tears to the corners of the leaves, affecting the text. Stains and some moth perforations. Old binding, apparently original, worn. Good overall condition. 

On the title page, the handwritten signature of he Holy gaon Rabbi Meir Avraham of Tshaba: "הק’ מאיר אברהם בממ"י [בן מורנו משה יוזפא] זצ"ל מ"ץ פ"ק [מורה צדק פה קהילת] טשאבע", on the last page, an additional signature: "הן תני לזכרון מאיר אברהם במ"י זצ"ל מ"ץ פ"ק טשאבע" and four glosses handwritten by him inside the book, two of them referring ot his books. 

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Meir Avraham of Tshaba (passed away in 1829) was a disciple of the Gaon of Vilna and used to travel to leading Chassidic rabbis: the Maggid of Mezeritch and the Chozeh of Lublin, with whom he stayed for eighteen months. 

By the order of his Rav, the Chozeh of Lublin, he moved to Hungary to spread Chassidut and became the Rav of Tshaba until his passing. 

Author of Pri Tzaddik on the Torah, which was approbated by the Chatam Sofer, who described his as "איש אלוקים". Wrote a book on the Shas and Taryag Mitzvot, which was not published.
