Sefer Leket Eliyahu, section I – commentary on the 243 Mitzvot Asseh, by Rabbi Eliyahu Shapira Av Beit Din of Tshornikovi. First ediiton, Breslau 1834. [6], 28 leaves. original binding. Some blemishes. Good overall condition. Foreign notation on verso of the binding – has not been studied.

Appearing on the title page is a self-dedication: "מתנה נתונה מאת י"נ [ידיד נפשי] הרב המחבר נ"י, הק’ נפתלי הירש", בכתב ובחתימת ידו של רבי נפתלי הירש בלייכראט (בלייכרויט), – Av Beit Din of Kornik, a disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger who eventually became his grandson by being the first son-in-law of his eldest son the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Eiger of Ravitch.

His Rav and grandfather refers to him several times in his responsa, where he kindly signs: "חותנו דוש"ת", instead of his grandfather by law.
