Appearing on the title page is the handwritten signature of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Heller Av Beit Din of Bonyhad, author of Tiv Gittin: "הק’ צבי הירש העלליר אב"ד פה באנייהאד".

In addition, signatures and notations of the members of the Broda family: "שייך לאאמ"ו הרב מוהר"א [אברהם, רישום שמו מופיע שוב בספר] ברודא ני’ ובירושה נפלה לו מאת דודו הרבני המנוח מו"ה יוסף ברודא מבאנהד ז"ל הק’ מרדכי ברודא",  Beneath Rabbi Heller’s signature, the signature of "הק’ כהרר יוסף ברודא". Th eGaon Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Heller (Rabbi Hirsch Charif; 1776-1835) the son of Rabbi Aryeh Leib. Served as Av Beit Din of several towns. Later he moved to Ungvar, where he headed a large yeshiva with many renowned students including Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried – author of the Kitzur Shulchan Aruch. The Chatam Sofer said of Rabbeinu: איש גאון גדול ומופת הדור בא לארצינו וברוכים הם האנשים אשר יזכו בו", After Rabbi Zvi Charif’s passing, the Chatam Sofer married his wife.
