Sefer Emel She’elah, Shut on the four parts of the Shulchan Aruch, by the Admor the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Dov of Hornosteipel. First edition – Piotrkow, 1905. 4, 133 leaves. Original binding. Fine, scuffed leather spine. Stains. some moth perforations to some leaves, Good overall condition. 

Appearing on the title page and elsewhere are ownership stamps of the author’s son: "יהודא לייב טווערסקי באאמו"ר הרה"צ זצ"ל מהארנאסטיפאל" – the Admor Rabbi Ben Zion Yehuda Leib Twersky (1868-1951) was the son of Rabbi Mordechai Dov of Hornosteipel, and son-in-law of Rabbi Yitzchak Yoel of Kontikoziva (grandson of the Tsu’at Chen). When his father passed away in 1903 he succeeded him. In 1939 he travelled to Antwerp, when WWII suddenly broke out and he could not return. He then travelled to the USA, settling in Chicago, until his passing in 1951.
