Printed together with the book Zeved Tov, on laws of Sefer Torah and tefillin. Both written by Rabbi Zeev Wolff Lichter of Lviv. He cites, among others, Chassidic gedolim and rabbis of Zidichov.
First edition, Lemberg 1911. [2], 36, 14 leaves. Approbation from the Admor Rabbi Eliyahu Eichenstein of Zidichov (Wirzkie) and Admor Rabbi Aharon Menachem Mendel of Alesk.

The title page has a signature:
“Ephraim HaLevi Bilitzer of Serensch” and his stamp with the title “Dom”z of Betlen”. Rabbi Ephraim HaLevi Bilitzer hy”d (1891-1944) was the son of Rabbi Pinchas (author of the Givat Pinchas) of Serensch. He was a student of the Daat Sofer of Pressburg. He served as Ram at his father-in-law’s (Rabbi Yehuda Lichtenstein, Av Beit Din of Betlan) yeshiva and then succeeded him in the rabbinate there. He wrote Yad Ephraim (Shut and notes on the will of Rabbi Yehuda HaChassid), Torat ben Noach on the Rambam, and more. He perished in Auschwitz with his entire community on 7th of Sivan 1944.
