Sefer Ein Mishpat, Shut on the four parts of Shulchan Aruch by the Rav of Rhodes (Greece) Rabbi Ezra Malki. Published by his disciple Rabbi Raphael Yaakov de Mayo. The book contains his halachic correspondence with the sages and leading rabbis of his generation including Rabbi Chaim Abulafia, Rabbi Meyuchas Bachar Shmuel, Rabbi Moshe the Aderet’s son and more. Approbations by the rabbis of Kushta from 1770. Single edition, the press of Shmuel ben Nissim and Menachem ben Reuven Ashkenazi, Kushtandina [1770]. [2], 115, [1] leaves. Bound after the last leaf is a leaf in Ladino from another book. Moth perforations and damage. Stains. Binding with a leather spine, with moth damage. Good-fair overall condition.
On the title page of the book, a handwritten notation: "בא לידי ספר זה מאת הרב המופלא מוהר"י גירון נ"ע, הצעיר יוסף יעקב בכ"ר אברהם מיוחס" – the son of the author of Sdeh HaAretz and nephew of Rabbi Raphael Meyuchas, the author of PriHaAdamah.
