Owner’s signatures on the binding:
"הק’ אשר ענזיל במה’ יוסף… פולדא", "ספר הלז קבלתי לתשורה מ… נתן אדלר". The signatory is Rabbi Asher ben Yosef Folda (1777-1851) known as The Teacher of Frankfurt, translator of the Torah into German in the Or LeYisrael Chumash by Rabbi Wolf Heidenheim and author of Ikarei Hadat and more. He indicates he received the book from Rabbi Nathan Adler (in the lifetime of the owner of the book. Thus, he is referring to the Rav of the Chatam Sofer or Rabbi Nathan Adler the author of Netinah Lager).
