The book contains approbations by Rabbi Yisrael Salanter and Rabbi Yehoshua Leib Diskin. On leaf 2, a list of subscribers containing names of varied dignitaries from Lithuanian towns!
According to the title page, the place of printing is Amsterdam, apparently for fear of the censor.
