The Gaon Rabbi Azriel Isaac Keller (passed away in 1904) the son-in-law of Rabbi Aharon Zvi Fried Av Beit Din of Morgarten. Served for 43 years as Av Beit Din of Shamkot. Responses to him were printed in the books of the Ketav Sofer, the Yitav lev and Sha’arei tzedek by the Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet.
