"וע"ש כי דבריו נכונים להלכה ולמעשה" Sefer Atzei Levonah 2 sections, by Rabbi Nissan Rosh Av Beit Din of Dubno, with the stamp of Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin and the signature of Rabbi Yisrael Parnas Rosh Av Beit Din of Tarnopol and Dayan of the Beit Din of the Author of the Minchat Chinuch – Lengthy glosses.
On the leaves of the book, several signatures of Maran Rabbi Meir Shapira, the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin, from the time he was Rav of Glina "מאיר שפירא האבד"ק גלינא", and several stamps of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin.
Appearing onthe title page is the signature of Rabbi Yisrael Parnas Rosh Av Beit Din of Tarnopol and Dayan of the Beit Din of the Author of the Minchat Chinuch "קניתי מהוני לכבוד צורי וקוני בעד… הק’ ישראל פרנס".
The book also contains several lengthy glosses on the margins and the flyleaf. One of them ends with the words "וע"ש כי דבריו נכונים להלכה ולמעשה". The glosses have not been studied.

The Gaon Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin (1887-1934) the son of Rabbi Yaakov Shimchon of Schotz. The initiator of the Daf Yomi, Rav of several cities and since 1930, Rav of Lublin, where he established the famed Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin. President of Agudat Yisrael in Poland and its representative at the Polish Sejm.
The Gaon Chassid Rabbi Yisrael Parnas (1835-1905?) Rosh Av Beit Din of Tarnopol and Dayan of the Beit Din of Rabbi Yosef Babad, the author of the Minchat Chinuch. Married the daughter of Rabbi Gedalyahu Zeiden, a descendant of Rabbi Meir of Premishlan. Author of Sefer Yeffe Nof on Halacha and Aggadah. Rabbeinu the Maharsham of Brezan wrote of him "מאז ידעתי כי ידיו רב לו לשדד עמקים בעמק הלכה להשיב מלחמה שער…. כי מעודו שם קו האמת לימינו".
