Notations on the flyleaf: "אלעזר בן החבר ר’ ברוך זצ"ל זעקבאך" and an additional notation – have not been thoroughly examined. On the title page, a blurred stamp: "בית מסחר הספרים של אהרן פוי… בעיר קראקא".
