Sefer Machaneh Yisrael, by the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Meir Hacohen of Radin, the Chafetz Chaim. A book for the Jewish soldiers who were forced to join the army during World War I. Rabbeinu the author felt responsible for the generation and authored a concise book with halachic guidance for those poor souls.
This edition was reprinted after his passing yet apparently became relevant again with the outbreak of World War II. By Yechiel Halevi Meyer of Papa – Mishkoltz, 1940. 88 leaves. Non-printed soft cover. Stains. Blemishes and unraveling. Good overall condition.
