Sharp letter signed by the leading Dayanim of Eretz Yisarel (Rabbi Bezalel Zholti, Rabbi Yehoshua Menachem Erenberg, Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu and more) against the Ministry of Religious Affairs – Jerusalem, 1958. 

"צבור הדיינים רואה באי מלוי החלטת ועדת הכספים מיום י"ג ניסן תשי"ז כהתעללות מצד הנהלת משרד הדתות כלפי הדיינים" In their letter, the Dayanim protest against the Ministry not honoring the agreements that were reached and describe their courses of action against the Ministry and the Minister.
