Sefer Beracha HaMeshuleshet on the Gemore Brachot and Hilchot Brachot, by Rabbi Aviezer ben Rabbi Yitzchak of Tiktin and one of the leaders of the Ashkenazic community of Jerusalem – Lemberg, 1851 edition – author’s signature.
The name of the author, Rabbi Aviezer ben Rabbi Yitzchak, does not appear explicitly on the title page. Instead, he wrote: מאתי בן יצחק עבד זעירא דרחמנא בעהמ"ח ספר שערי צדק וספר משמרת הברית מילדי טוקטין ומיושבי עה"ק ירושלים תובב"א".
Appearing on the title page is the signature "אביעזר"; possibly, this is the handwritten signature of the author himself.
