First edition of the book Yabiah Omer, section IV – with a dedication by the author Rabbi Ovadya Yosef – Jerusalem, 1964.
On the title page, a dedication handwritten and signed by Maran: "לכבוד הידיד היקר והנעלה שמן תורק שמו… רבי מאיר יפרח שליט"א מאת המחבר עובדיה יוסף".
The Yabiah Omer books, the monumental creation of Maran the Rishon LeZion, indicates his genius and vast knowledge of Rabbinic literature. The saying "כל רז לא אניס ליה" gained special significance in this series of books. This is one of the sections of Yabiah Omer with a dedication by the author himself – the Gaon Rabbeinu.
