Sefer Beit Yaakov, a halachic book in a Shut format, by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov ben Rabbi Shmuel of Tzoizmer, the son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac of Tiktin. First edition – Dhyrenfurth, 1696. 45, 45-53, 68-61, 57-128, [8] leaves. Leaf 126 was misplaced in the binding process. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. 


Approbations by the rabbis of The Council of Four Lands. Some taping and restorations. Stains. Moth damage and perforations. Old binding, leather spine. Fair overall condition. 

On the title page, many Sephardic ownership notations. Inside the book, significant comments in Sephardic script on the margins of the leaves.
