Sefer HaItur two sections, an early, important book on Dinei Kiddushin, Gittin and Ketubot by the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak ben Abba Mari, one of the Rishonim. Printed in Lemberg, 1860. Section I: [2], 64 leaves. Section II: separate title page. 62 leaves. Not in the National Library.
Approbation by the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Ze’ev Itinga. The title page of section II and the following leaf are bound between leaves 26-27. A large volume. Leather spine. Moth perforations and stains. Good overall condition.
On the flyleaf and title page, ancient Ashkenazic notations, partially identified with the names Yosef Eisenberg and Mordechai Bonem, the family name perforated in its center – see pictures.
